Stilla began as a small pilates studio with a simple wish: clothes that disappear while you move. Today we design a short, considered range of activewear in a handful of colours that work together.
Everything is knitted in Portugal from recycled yarns, tested in our own classes and made to last for years rather than seasons.

A dense, matte knit that holds without squeezing. Squat-proof, quick to dry and soft enough to wear all day. Our tights, shorts and long sleeves are all cut from it.

Outdoor sessions

How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our warehouse within one working day. Delivery in the Nordics takes 1–3 days, the rest of the EU 3–6 days.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 30 days if the item is unworn and the tags are on. Exchanges for another size are free.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a size question form. Tell us your usual size and height and we reply within a day.
How should I wash Stilla pieces?
Wash at 30 °C inside out, no fabric softener, and let them dry flat. They will keep their shape for years.
What do you do with my email?
We use it only to send the newsletter or answer your question. You can unsubscribe from every letter.
